Rachel is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Wollongong. She has been working in the nutrition field for the past six years and has a strong interest in food and wellness. Rachel has extensive experience in providing nutritional consults to clients to aid in the nutritional management of a variety of medical conditions including diabetes, heart disease, inflammatory bowel disease, food intolerances, vitamin and mineral deficiencies and weight management. In addition to this, she has significant experience in the evaluation of menus in the aged care sector and boarding schools, as well as analysis of recipes to ensure their nutritional adequacy against The Australian Dietary Standards. Overall, Rachel is committed to helping clients build their knowledge and make healthier food choices in order to meet their recommended nutritional goals.
