Laura is a Functional Nutritionist and Dietitian (APD/AN) with a passion for wholefood health. She is a firm believer in the power of food as medicine and strives to bring nutrition back to basics. Her approach is evidenced-based and individualised, guiding clients on their unique path of health and wellness. Laura has worked in a variety of settings, which include acute and rehabilitation hospitals, fitness, corporate health, community education and nutrition communications.. She is passionate about women’s health and wellbeing, pre/postnatal nutrition, digestive health and metabolic disease.
