Dr Stacey Fuller is a PhD qualified Accredited Practising Dietitian. Stacey completed her PhD in nutrition at the University of Wollongong, investigating the health benefits of different types of dietary fibres in 2019. Prior to this she completed a Master of Science (Nutrition and Dietetics) in 2013, also at the University of Wollongong and a Bachelor of Science (Biological Science) with Honours at Western Sydney University in 2006.
Stacey is passionate about nutrition, health and science and likes to take a sensible and no-nonsense approach to healthy eating. Stacey has worked in a variety of private practice roles, providing nutritional advice to clients to help with a wide range of nutritional concerns, including diabetes, heart disease and high cholesterol, food intolerances, malnutrition, weight concerns and general healthy eating for all life stages. Stacey enjoys science and in particular learning about the ways in which nutrition can impact on our health. Stacey is a member of the Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA).
